Renovation of an existing industrial warehouse, purchased by the Greek Orthodox Diocese to be converted to church, administration offices and community hall.

 

Our task has been to design the general space plan for the interiors, create an interior form suitable for a church and renovate the exterior with a design that would reflect the new religious character of the building.  For this purpose a new front and side façade has been added to the existing building, together with two bell towers.  New wall opening for windows have been  created all around the perimeter of the former warehouse and a tiered five dome structure added to the flat roof, above the new altar area.
