The program called for a church with a 1,000 seating capacity in a relatively small lot.  This has resulted in a very compact floor plan and the creation of a basement level for a church hall.

The design was inspired by the medieval  churches, with simple geometrical forms expressing the interior space.  The structure is covered by a combination of flat and sloped roofs.

The front is characterized by a covered drive-in porch and by a tall bell tower situated between the church and the annexed rectory.

The ground floor include a narthex leading to the worship area, parish office and clergy residence on one side and a small chapel on the other.
