This project consists, which is an advanced stage of design, consists in developing a Canadian style single-family residential community called “The Canadian International Village”. The first phase consisting of the construction of 300 single-family homes in different designs, style and size, ranging from 200 to 400 square metres.
Additional land for a total of approximately 3,000 hectares has also been optioned for future development of 2,200 single and low-rise multi-family residential units.
