Designed as a rental investment to accommodate one or two tenants, with two storey office space at the front and warehouse at rear.

The tenants required a large office area which have been accommodated by extending the two storey glazed area to both sides of the building.

Cladding material is precast concrete with an aggregate finish repeated all around the building.
