The project consists in the expansion and renovation of an existing community centre and pool.  Specifically, the expansion of the exercise area of the existing Fitness Centre, the creation of a separate cycling room and the enlargement and retrofitting of the adjacent change room, shower and washroom facilities, to be shared by the adjacent pool users.  Part of the project was also the creation of a large meeting area for senior’s activities and the enlargement of a vestibule entrance to be used by seniors and users of the Fitness Centre.

 

Existing mechanical and electrical services were also retrofitted, to accommodate the additional space and to provide up to date, efficient and economical systems.
