The client, one of the biggest producer of wine in Ontario, required a building to accommodate the production and sale of Canadian made wine in the Toronto market. The building has a large basement required for the filtering and storage of wine.
The front has a two storey structure with a showroom at ground and offices above. The walls of the front showroom-office component are clad with stucco with a small decorative sloped roof, while the balance of the building has a flat roof and is clad with white precast. |
